Day wise tour itinerary

Day 01
Day 01 : : Mumbai (Arrival)

We send a company representative to meet you at the airport. He will assist you and take you to your hotel. This person will tell you what your tours will be like and the places that you will visit. The rest of this first day in Mumbai is for you to relax at the hotel.

Day 02
Day 02 : : Mumbai (city tour)

You will take your breakfast at the hotel. After this, prepare yourself for a busy day touring the city of Mumbai. Your tour includes a visit to famous places such as Bombay High Court, Gateway of India, Mumbai University, Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Rajabai Clock Towers, Victoria Terminus Train Station (CST) – UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ovaal Cricket Ground, Muncipality Building, Watson’s Hotel Ruins, Muncipality Building and Crawford Market. You will also have a sight of Marine Drive and Chowpatty Beach, Hanging Gardens, Kamala Nehru Park , Dhobi Ghat and ISCKON Temple. Local tours include seeing some British heritage buildings such as David Sasoon’s Library, Maharashtra Police Headquarters, Prince of Wales Museum, Flora Fountain & Hutatma Chowk, India Post Office Building, Telegraph Office and the National Gallery of Modern Art. In the evening, you can choose to go shopping and then go back to the hotel for a relaxing evening stay.

Day 03
Day 03 : : Mumbai – Nasik(Trimbakeshwara)- Shirdi

Have a luscious breakfast at the hotel before you will be driven to Shirdi and then visit Trimbakeshwara. The latter is an ancient Hindu Temple for Lord Shiva that can be found in the holiest Hindu city, the Nasik district. Later, will go back to Shirdi and then check in at a hotel.

Day 04
Day 04 : : Shirdi

In the morning you will go for Shirdi baba darshan and aarti. You will be in Shirdi the whole day and in the evening you have the option to attend Shirdi sai baba bajan. Later, go back to the hotel for another evening stay.

Day 05
Day 05 : : Shirdi –- Shani shingnapur –Aurangabad

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed to the Indian village Shani shingnapuron where you can visit Shani maharaj temple. This village has been known for having houses without doors, just door frames. Later, you will go to Aurangabad and head to the hotel for another great stay.

Day 06
Day 06 : : Aurangabad

Have a nice breakfast at the hotel and then prepare yourself for a tour of Aurangabad. This important city of Maharashtra was set up in 1610. This is the dream place of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. A tour here includes a visit to the tomb of Begum Rabia Durani, the emperor`s wife. Then you can go to Panchakki where the shrine of Baba Shah Musafir is located. Later you can have a sight of Aurangbabad Caves which is situated 2 kilometers north of the Bibi-ka-Maqbara. Later in the day, go back to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the night before you finally go to sleep.

Day 07
Day 07 : : Aurangabad – Ellora – Aurangabad

After your breakfast at the hotel, you are set for an excursion to Ellora caves. These amazing creations are situated around thirty kilometers from Aurangabad. They are famous for their sculptors` geniuses. The cave complex is composed of a mix of Buddhist, Jain and Hindu religions. The thirty-four caves in Ellora are divided into three groups and three periods. The Buddhist caves existed around 200 BC to 600 AD. The Hindu caves followed in 500 to 900 AD and then the Jain caves in 800 to 1000 AD. Finally, you still have time to visit Bani Begam Gardens, Daulatabad Fort and Ghrishneshwar Temple before you go back to your hotel.

Day 08
Day 08 : : Aurangabad – Ajantha – Aurangabad

Wake up and have a good breakfast at the hotel. Then be ready for a trip to Ajantha where you can find wonderful cave temples made from the rocky parts of a crescent-shaped gorge. On top of this structure is a waterfall dropping over the mountain rim flowing to a pool located far below. To have a view of the best preserved paintings of Ajanath, visit Ajanatha caves 1,2,16 and 17. The amazing depictions of Avalokitesvara, Padmapaniin and Bodhisattvas in Cave 1 are well known. Finally, spend the night at your hotel and have a relaxing sleep.

Day 09
Day 09 : : Aurangabad (departure)

After your breakfast, it`s time to go to the airport for your flight to your own place.
